Fully Enclosed Heated Printing Chamber
The F350 is equipped with an actively heated build chamber, for optimum and stable printing conditions required for high-strength, end-use parts.
The combination of the heated build chamber, high extrusion temperatures, and heated material chamber ensures that prints made of high-performance polymers like PEEK or PC are properly managed to ensure quality and strength of industrial grade parts.
The heated build chamber is capable to produce Polycarbonate (PC), PC blends or Composite blended materials, and ensures the required mechanical properties without distortion, shrinkage, or visual defects.

Remote Printing and Administration
INDUSTRY F350 is instep with Industry 4.0 requirements.
3DGence CLOUD enables remote management and administration including: running or queueing the prints, remote monitoring of the printer status, file sharing, live camera feed, and collection of print and process statistics.

With a focus on scalable 3D printing at volume, it is imperative to provide adequate emissions control. The F350 Advanced Filtration System offers unprecedented filtering efficiency compared to standard FFF technologies. The F350 is capable of filtering macro dust, nano dust (VOC, UFP), solvent vapor, noxious gasses, and foreign particles.
F350 can be equipped with a UPS unit for power backup on-demand. The optional signal tower indicates the status of the print and provides visibility across the production floor.

Heated Material Chamber
Proper material management ensures maximum print results. In the F350 material chamber, materials are kept dry at precise temperatures and ready to print.
Due to this active filament heating system, moisture content for the loaded materials will be controlled regardless of the printer operational status.
Smart Material Manager
Smart Material Manager (SMM) is an intelligent filament and printing environment control system. SMM consists of an NFC reader for loaded material recognition, material weight control system, automatic material loading system, and flow control sensor.
The SMM provides consistent control over the printing process, providing repeatable, high-quality results.
